MEMBERSHIP MEETING MINUTES
February 1, 2010

1. Call to Order – 7:35

2. Minutes of previous meeting were posted on the web site.

3. President’s Report – John Zeitler
   - I have observed some games. It is apparent that the majority of officials are doing a professional job - It is important that all of us keep hustling and on top of all calls.
   - Don’ts – be late for game, leave early from game.
                - hang around after the game – get to the official’s room ASAP with partner
   - Do’s – must fill out ejection form and send in – contact Dusty Buckley
             - be in proper uniform
   - 3 person crews for the regional’s only. Not for Sect 8 playoff’s (coach’s decision)
   - A scholarship will be set up for a member who wishes to move on from High School officiating to college. officiating. It will be named after the late Tom Casey and Joe Gaskin. It will be in effect for next season. More to come on the particulars and requirements.

4. Interpreter’s Report: Don Landolphi/Jim Graham
   - please continue to e-mail Don about plays
   - Use only the IAABO approved signals and interpretations.
   - Uniforms must be neat and clean – not worn to game with a coat over the shirt
   - work the entire game – a foul in the 1st minute is a foul in the last minute.
   - remember one rule, one interpretation.

5. Secretary/Treasurer’s Report- Rich Krams
   - Please go to web site www.board41.org to download sportsmanship ballot (mandatory = 5pts)
   - Dinner list posted on web site. If you can’t attend or wish to attend please e-mail me.
   - List will be updated every 2 weeks

       Dues not paid by February 28, are subject to the following late fees:
                      March 1 to March 24 (Dinner) $10.00 late fee
                      March 25 to April 30 $20.00 late fee
                      May 1 to September 1 $30.00 late fee

   OCC – Joe Capozzi – proposal for new contract submitted – ½ fee for scrimmages
