As you know by rule, a player can wear compression shorts/tights, but they have to be above the knees and similar or the same color as the pants. The sleeve indicates only for medical purposes.

TIGHTS. State Office states that if a player needs to wear long tights for medical reasons, not only do they need a doctor's certificate, but they also need this approved by the State Office. They have to get State approval to wear long tights for medical reasons. If the State approves, then they would have to keep the written approval with them.
